Believe it or not, I get tens of business ideas every single day. (I know, my mind sometimes boggles me. I can’t help myself, it’s just the way I think.)
Ideas can be varied, ranging wildly in their focus; from ideas that solve business problems to ones that find innovative ways of tackling tricky staff issues. Others generate new business products or find new ways to engage customers.
Whatever the idea does, innovation and creativity move our businesses forward.
So ‘How do we do more of it?’. Maybe more importantly, ‘How do we encourage our teams to do more of it and be more creative?’.
