We are The Nicola Rylett Group, a team of consultants working in unison to help Transform SME businesses. I myself, Nicola Rylett, am based in Cardiff, South Wales. However, the team is pretty spread out and a lot of the work we do can be done remotely.
Having worked in several industries, I have witnessed the many business challenges and growth humps SME businesses experience. My success at developing the right strategies for transformational change to overcome these hurdles is why I decided to set up NRG, focussing on helping businesses solve problems so they can keep driving forward.
